General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the website www.greenforce.team (hereinafter "the Site") operated by GREENFORCE SAS. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products or services offered by GREENFORCE SAS. Any order placed on the Site implies full acceptance of these GTC.

GREENFORCE SAS strives to present the essential characteristics of the products or services offered on the Site clearly and accurately. Photos and descriptions of products are non-contractual and provided for informational purposes only. GREENFORCE SAS reserves the right to modify the product range, notably due to constraints from its suppliers.
4. Prices
The prices of products or services are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC) with the VAT applicable on the day of the order. GREENFORCE SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of order validation. Prices do not include delivery fees, which are billed separately and specified before order validation.
5. Order
Any order placed on the Site constitutes a firm commitment from the customer. The order is only definitive after confirmation by GREENFORCE SAS. A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer. GREENFORCE SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including non-payment, incorrect address, or other issues with the customer account.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of order using the secure payment methods offered on the Site. GREENFORCE SAS uses a secure payment system to ensure the confidentiality of the bank information provided. The customer's account will be debited at the time of order validation. If the transaction is refused by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery times indicated on the Site are for informational purposes and may vary depending on product availability and delivery conditions. GREENFORCE SAS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control. In case of non-receipt of the package, the customer must inform GREENFORCE SAS within a reasonable period to allow for an investigation with the carrier.
8. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their intention to withdraw by sending an email to contact@greenforce.team or using the withdrawal form available on the Site. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). In case of return of damaged or incomplete products, GREENFORCE SAS reserves the right to refuse the refund.
9. Warranty
Products sold on the Site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of defective or non-conforming products, the customer can request either the replacement of the product or a refund. This warranty is without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
10. Liability
GREENFORCE SAS cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses. Moreover, GREENFORCE SAS cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure.

Personal data collected during orders are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, and object to their data at any time by contacting GREENFORCE SAS at the email address contact@greenforce.team.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. They are the exclusive property of GREENFORCE SAS. Any total or partial reproduction of the Site is strictly prohibited except with the prior express consent of GREENFORCE SAS.
13. Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts. The customer can also resort to a consumer mediator for any claims concerning a purchase made on the Site.
14. Modification of the GTC
GREENFORCE SAS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect at the date of the order.
15. Acceptance of the GTC
By validating their order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
